As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be a key member of the assigned Project Team where you will be responsible for the candidate management and operational support of a candidate’s recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Support the recruitment team to complete the assigned tasks and activities
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage communication with external agencies during the recruitment process
- Support tasks related to candidate seminar, recruitment events and other project related events
- Resolve and escalate issues that may arise during the hiring process to relevant teams
- Ensures high customer experience throughout the recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Provide reporting information to the program management team on a timely basis to meet regular reporting deadline and expectation
- Perform other miscellaneous duties to successfully drive the recruitment tasks

Requirements
- 1 yr. (+) experience within a corporate talent acquisition, HR, RPO and/or recruitment agency environment
- Fluent Japanese
- Business English (written and spoken preferred)
- Permission to work in Japan with appropriate visa requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability of result-driven success and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience managing multiple tasks
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a customer service or customer facing role
- Experience in HR operations and related functions is a plus

- Interview with HR
- After passing the interview, you will be asked to complete an aptitude test and to provide references before the final interview.
- After the interview, the result would be made based on interview feedback and the result of aptitude test and reference checks.

*The order of interviewers for the 2nd and 3rd interviews may change.
*Interviews will be mainly conducted online (using Microsoft Teams) but interviews in person would be set as necessary.
