Job description

Are you passionate about recruitment and client relationships? As an RPO Project Manager you’ll lead a team of 10 or more and work closely with various clients to reinforce the hiring processes. This role is ideal for proactive, strategic thinkers who thrive in fast-paced environments and aim for excellence in leadership.


What You’ll Do

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee a recruitment projects, ensuring timely and efficient client service.
  • Manage a team of 10, balancing performance and team morale.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and HR to foster effective partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve issues to keep operations smooth.
  • Develop KPI plans, analyze results, and ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular reviews with recruiters to manage workloads and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Create and refine recruitment policies and procedures for better delivery.
  • Meet predefined SLAs and share updates with the team to implement best practices.
  • Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to keep everyone aligned.
  • Manage team motivation and performance, especially in remote settings.
  • Maintain a client-focused recruiting process and escalate issues as needed.
  • Work with RPO management on monetization opportunities, risk management, and addressing shortfalls.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, engaging with the hiring community to manage expectations.

Qualifications

Requirements

  •  2+ years of experience in leadership roles in corporate talent acquisition, RPO or agency recruitment OR 4+ years of Management experience in service industries (i.e. Consulting, BPO/Outsourcing, etc)

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency
  • Proven success in managing people
  • Strong communication skills with client stakeholders.

Screening Process

STEP 11st Interview

  • Interview with HR
    • After passing the interview, you will be asked to complete an aptitude test and to provide references before the final interview.
    • After the interview, the result would be made based on interview feedback and the result of aptitude test and reference checks.

STEP 22nd Interview

  • Interview with RPO Manager

STEP 3Final Interview

  • Interview with Head of RPO services

STEP 4Offer Meeting

  • We will explain the details of the offer content

*The order of interviewers for the 2nd and 3rd interviews may change.

*Interviews will be mainly conducted online (using Microsoft Teams) but interviews in person would be set as necessary.
