Our ‘Ambassador Group,’ dedicated to enhancing Employee Engagement, recently hosted the en-nichi (Japanese Summer Festival) event!
With takoyaki, ramune (a traditional Japanese soda often enjoyed in summer), ice cream, and yukata, we had a great time in an atmosphere unlike our usual office.
Not only employees but also their families joined, creating a warm and joyful experience. It was a great opportunity to see sides of each other that we don’t usually see at work, deepening our team connections!
