To celebrate Tanabata, a cherished cultural event in Japan, our Ambassador Team organized an internal initiative to strengthen communication and engagement among colleagues.
As part of this initiative, employees wrote personal wishes on traditional tanzaku, colorful strips of paper used for Tanabata, and displayed them on bamboo branches within the office.
Each message reflected the genuine aspirations of our team, for our candidates, our clients, and society at large.
