The Japan FinTech Festival (JFF) was held last week at Kanda Myojin Shine in Tokyo, bringing together local, regional, and global thought leaders in Finance and Technology to advance the FinTech ecosystem here in Japan and across Asia.
Great thanks are due to Pieter Franken, Takeshi Kito and their team at Elevandi for organizing this amazing event!
en world ’s Director of Key Account Management & Business Development, Kevin Naylor, joined global leaders in 2 roundtable discussions addressing the talent gap in Technology and Finance. This talent gap is one of the primary challenges to Japan serving as a global center of finance and technology for the future. However, the discussions at these roundtables and across the JFF revealed abundant opportunities for companies, educational institutions, and government to work together to close the gap.
Kevin, along with Haruna Uchida and Zohair Ahmed, who also attended the JFF, will bring the learnings from this fantastic event back to their clients, candidates and colleagues to ensure that en world is at the forefront of enabling the acquisition and retention of global talent that can advance globalization and digital transformation in Japan.
We are looking forward to future JFF’s and other local and global forums that allow en world to contribute to thought leadership on global talent.
