In the field of executive and mid-career recruitment, nearly half of the candidates I support are women. Many of them carefully balance their careers and personal lives while making decisions that consider not only their present but also their families and long-term goals.
I have met many women who have forged their own paths, undeterred by gender, societal expectations, or corporate environments. However, there are times when navigating the right path alone can be difficult. That is why I strive to stand by each candidate, helping them organize their thoughts, identify challenges, and explore new possibilities. Through countless career consultations, I have gained insights and decision-making tips that I aim to share, offering the encouragement and guidance they need to take their next step forward.
