New Graduate Recruitment Entry
FAQ
-
What sort of training is provided to new graduates?
-
New graduates first receive training on the fundamentals of being a working professional. After this, our new members gradually move to the candidate side and then to the client side, where they learn through both classroom and practical training the necessary skills to work as a successful consultant. We envision a time frame in which new employees are promoted to Consultant rank 12 months after joining the company.
-
How can I obtain the required industry and job expertise?
-
New members will receive general training in the basics of the human resources industry (e.g., how to conduct candidate interviews, how to meet with clients, etc.) as part of the orientation program for all employees. After being assigned to a team, you will receive on-the-job training regarding the industry-specific knowledge in the field that each team is responsible for.
-
Do I need to submit documents (resume and English CV) in both English and Japanese when applying for a position? Do I also need to submit an Entry Sheet (ES)?
-
Although there is no specific format for submitting application documents, it would be ideal if you could send us both Japanese and English versions. While we do not require applicants to submit an ES, some applicants choose to include a brief personal introduction in their resumes or CVs.
